I enjoyed my stay at this hotel on her beautiful island. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a lovely private beach and a relaxing swimming pool. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was superb, and the gyms on the premises were excellent.
Can't think of anything.

Decadent hotel, a lot of the infrastructure is rotting out, rooms are obsolete and restaurants are awful (birds eating from the buffet, very few options, high prices for very low quality). Besides de location, the hotel is definitely not worth it.

Room is very comfortable, great ocean view.
No shuttle from and to the international airport. All the services offered, like the breakfast is extremely expensive, and the hotel staff didnt offer us any tour or other leisure options. So, I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on the beach, was absolutely perfect. We loved being able to step out of our room and instantly enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The service here was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to fulfill our requests. We especially appreciated the convenient room service and the option for dry cleaning services. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a balcony, and a cozy sitting area. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV added to our comfort.
Although we didn't have time to explore all the facilities, we were impressed by the leisure swimming pool and other amenities available. The free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was a great convenience, and the car park made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

My Computer did not work and I got an outstanding, professional and friendly service from the hotel's it Manager - Mr. Laurent Appels. Absolutely excellent. The hotel should be proud to employ Mr. Appels But I had to work with my lap in the lobby!
No wireless in the rooms - lan cable was broken. Internet charges are very high. The wireless telephone did not work. Bathroom was dump, old and full of stains. The high rate should include breakfast. It is a real shame that it does not! I was completely bit my mosquitos. Rooms should be sprayed and dissinfected once in a while. No shuttle available to/from airport. The Hilton should have it. Absolutely!

I stayed at this hotel recently and was amazed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. When I arrived, I realized I had left my laptop on the plane. The front desk staff, Emmanuel and Ian, went above and beyond to help me track down my lost items before I even checked in. They spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with the airport and airline, and thanks to their efforts, I was able to recover my laptop. This level of hospitality continued throughout my stay, with every staff member I encountered being incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the staff truly made my stay enjoyable in every way possible. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and service.

Beautiful outdoor area and beach. Nice pool and snorkeling. Friendly staff, with exceptions. Good room size and terrace. Helpful executive lounge lady. Onsite scuba/snorkeling agency. Bar and restaurant available. Convenient hotel shuttle bus
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel is located right next to the beautiful Caribbean Sea and offers a great public beach close by. the beach is excellent for swimming and snorkeling. the hotel location is ideal for running to the other restaurants around. the rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. the bathrooms are modern and practical. the hotel breakfast offers a vast selection of delicious food.
The hotel lacks beach umbrellas for all guests to use, making it difficult to enjoy a day at the shore.

The pool and beach areas were enjoyable and well-maintained, with plenty of seating and activities available. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The customer service left much to be desired. the front desk was unhelpful when we had an issue with our room view, and the wait staff was unresponsive and played repetitive and inappropriate music by the pool.

The hotel had a fantastic location as it was easy to walk to the local attractions. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were polite and friendly, which added to the overall holiday experience.
The noise from the street was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Finally, the fitness center was small and not well-equipped.
